At last the reportedly-complete set of objections has been made public. With the addition of the previously-butchered (the writer’s description) objection numbered 67, we now have all the objections complete and together, as far as we know – 372 pages! I have been unable to integrate the full No 67 objection in the same landscape format as the rest but it is in the correct position but note that the page numbering is wrong after No 67, which starts on p 119 and finishes on p 186.
We have also recently received a ‘final’ version of the harbour limits which, significantly, seems to confirm that no buildings at all are included in the proposed HA area. At the same time the slips at Port Beag & the Old Oban Times buildings are not included so, above MHWS these are not under the proposed HA’s control, which seems at least rather strange! We have asked Transport Scotland about the status of the new plan which appeared after the closure of the written representations.
